Ingredients
- Carrot 1 piece
- Pork Blood 0 lbs
- Broccoli 2 pieces
- Parsley to taste
- Green onion tops 1 piece
- Oregano a pinch
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Ground clove a pinch
- Frozen White Mushrooms 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into small pieces and fry in a pan without oil for 10–15 minutes.
Step 2
Add the thawed mushrooms to the pork and stew for 5–7 minutes.
Step 3
While everything is stewing, cut the carrot into cubes and break the broccoli into small pieces.
Step 4
Add the vegetables to the pork and continue stewing.
Step 5
Pour boiled water into the pan and add a few drops of soy sauce.
Step 6
Salt to taste and let it come to a boil.
Step 7
Add 2 tablespoons of flour, oregano, cloves, and finely chopped herbs, mixing thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Step 8
Turn off the heat and let it steep to infuse the vegetables with the spices.
