
Tender Pork Steaks Baked in the Oven

This results in incredibly tender meat that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 head
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Pork Skewers 4 pieces
- Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and vegetable oil.
Step 2
Do not pound the pork steaks (it's best to use the neck part)! Mix them with the marinade and let them marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
Step 3
Wrap each steak along with the marinade in foil like an envelope. Season with pepper beforehand.
Step 4
Place the steaks in a preheated oven at 300°F.
Step 5
Bake in a convection oven for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Step 6
Serve with a vegetable salad: tomatoes, avocado, red onion, olive oil, sesame oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Very delicious.
