Tender mushroom casserole with chicken.
Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
- Shallot 1 head
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Sour Cream 2 spoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese 2 spoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small cubes.
Step 2
Chop the mushrooms coarsely and slice the shallots.
Step 3
Add the onion to the hot oil.
Step 4
Immediately add the chicken and mushrooms.
Step 5
Stir in 3-4 minutes.
Step 6
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 7
After 5 minutes, reduce the heat, add the garlic, and season with salt. Stir well.
Step 8
Pour the cream into the skillet. After a couple of minutes, remove from heat.
Step 9
Add sour cream, cream cheese, and mozzarella.
Step 10
Mix well. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Step 11
Sprinkle with Parmesan on top. Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15 minutes.
