Tender Liver with Onions
Ingredients
- Veal Liver 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Leek 0 oz
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the leek into rings, the onion into half-rings, and cut a piece of chili pepper.
Step 2
Cut the liver into large pieces and place it in a skillet heated with olive oil and butter.
Step 3
After a couple of minutes, add the onions and pepper, and stir.
Step 4
Crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 5
Add it to the skillet.
Step 6
Reduce the heat, stir, and cover with a lid.
Step 7
After 5 minutes, add salt and stir.
Step 8
Pour in the cream and add pepper.
Step 9
Season with mustard and soy sauce, and stir.
Step 10
After 3 minutes, remove from heat.
Step 11
Serve garnished with herbs.
