- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Make a minced chicken mixture, add all the ingredients, and mix well.
Step 2
Place the filling on plastic wrap (2 tablespoons per sausage).
Step 3
Roll it into a tube shape, gently pressing to eliminate any air inside.
Step 4
Tie the ends together and tighten once more.
Step 5
Cook in lightly boiling water for 7 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the casing and sauté the sausages in butter for a beautiful color!
