
Tender Fried Beef with Cheese

Description
Marinated meat can be stored in the refrigerator for a week and fresh cutlets can be fried just 10 minutes before the meal begins. Pork can be used instead of beef.
Ingredients
- Boneless pork shoulder 25 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Starch film 3 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into strips approximately (1x1x4 cm), add salt, ground black pepper, and finely chopped dill or parsley.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs, starch, and mayonnaise, then pour this mixture over the chopped meat and mix well.
Step 3
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil. Take spoonfuls of the meat and place them in the skillet, shaping them into cutlets. Fry for 3 minutes on one side, then flip, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, place thin slices of cheese on top, sprinkle with herbs, cover with a lid, and turn off the heat. The total frying time is 6–7 minutes.
