- Egg white 5 pieces
- Lamb Casings 1 piece

Step 1
First, salt the ground meat. You can use turkey instead of chicken.
Step 2
Add all the spices and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Then, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and mix them well with the ground meat. The egg whites should not be cold.
Step 4
Stuff the casings with the meat mixture.
Step 5
Tie the ends of the sausages with string.
Step 6
Cook for 15 minutes in non-boiling water, bringing the water to a temperature of 75-80°C, checking the temperature with a thermometer.
