Main Dishes • Indian
Description
A very simple and quick way to prepare chicken fillet. The meat turns out tender and juicy. Thanks for the recipe to John Doe.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Red Curry Powder 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the flour in a dry skillet over low heat for 2–3 minutes without changing color, stirring.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet into 1.5–2 cm cubes, season with salt and pepper, and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
While the fillet is frying, separately sauté the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil over low heat until golden.
Step 4
In a glass of milk, mix the toasted flour to avoid lumps.
Step 5
Add the sautéed onion, curry powder, and milk with flour to the fried chicken fillet. Stir well.
Step 6
Simmer everything over low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
