Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Cream 5 fl oz
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

The chicken fillet should be lightly pounded and finely chopped.

Step 2

Then add the finely chopped onion, season with salt and pepper, and crack in an egg.

Step 3

Mix well.

Step 4

Now take a baking dish, grease it with cream, and form small balls from the prepared mixture, placing them in the dish. (I rolled them in some flour, otherwise it was difficult to shape the balls.)

Step 5

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.

Step 6

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: grate the cheese on a fine grater, squeeze in the garlic, and mix it with the cream.

Step 7

Now take the dish out of the oven, drizzle each ball with the sauce, and return it to the oven for another 15-20 minutes.

Step 8

The cheese will melt and flow, while the cream will soak into the balls, resulting in a luxurious dish of your own making! Stewed vegetables or a salad make a great side.
