Tender Beef Baked with Potatoes

Description
Optionally, you can add grated carrots, bell pepper pieces, and bay leaves to taste along with the potatoes. In the last 5–10 minutes of cooking, you can add dill.
Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Onion 4 heads
- Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Mustard Greens 2 teaspoons
- Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour sunflower oil (or olive oil) into a baking dish.
Step 2
Cut the beef into small pieces (about the size of a walnut) and place it in the dish.
Step 3
Chop 1 onion finely and mix it with the meat; chop the remaining onion coarsely so it can be removed later, and add it to the meat.
Step 4
Place in the oven for 1 hour at 355°F.
Step 5
After an hour, remove the large onion, add the mustard and sour cream (previously mixed), and season with salt. Mix everything together.
Step 6
Slice the potatoes thinly lengthwise and layer them on top of the meat.
Step 7
Return to the oven for another hour (check the doneness of the potatoes). Ready!
