Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb chops into portion-sized pieces, marinate with sunflower oil and lemon juice.
Step 2
Slice the eggplants, onion, tomatoes, and potatoes into rounds, cut the pepper into 8 pieces, fry everything until cooked, then fry the chops and arrange all the cooked ingredients on a plate, starting with the potatoes. Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro and dill.
