Ingredients

  • Poultry ½ piece
  • Mini vegetables 5 oz
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Svan Salt 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
  • Cilantro 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro 1 sprig

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken in half and pound it.

Step 2

Rub with a mixture of minced garlic, salt, pepper, and ground cilantro.

Step 3

Let it sit for 30 minutes.

Step 4

In a large skillet, heat a mixture of butter and olive oil.

Step 5

Place the chicken skin side down, cover with a press, and fry over medium heat for 15–20 minutes.

Step 6

Flip and cook for another 10–15 minutes.

Step 7

Peel the potatoes.

Step 8

Heat the skillet.

Step 9

Fry the whole or halved potatoes in oil until golden brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 10

Serve with fresh cilantro.
