Description

Ingredients
- Meat 0 lbs
- Onion 3 pieces
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 teaspoon
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Chinese green beans 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Parsley 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a heated skillet, add butter and vegetable oil, along with the ground red pepper, and mix.
Step 2
Add the diced meat, followed by the onion. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Season with salt, add a little warm water, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat.
Step 4
25 minutes before the meat is fully cooked, add the potatoes, zucchini, green beans, and bell pepper.
Step 5
After 10 minutes, add the sliced tomatoes.
Step 6
Add a bay leaf, spices to taste, and simmer until fully cooked.
Step 7
Before serving, add fresh parsley.
