- Tagliatelle Pasta 10 oz
- Parsley 5 oz
- Roasted Hazelnuts 5 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook 350 g of pasta according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Combine 80 g of parsley, 100 g of roasted hazelnuts, 50 g of grated Parmesan, and the zest and juice of 1 lemon in a food processor and blend until a paste consistency is achieved.
Step 3
While continuing to blend, gradually pour in 100 ml of olive oil and season with salt.
Step 4
Drain the pasta in a colander, return it to the pot, and add the pesto.
