Ingredients
- Cream 22% 1 cup
- Garlic 1 clove
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a medium heat, heat the oil, add finely chopped garlic, immediately pour in the cream, add cheese, reduce the heat to low, and simmer the sauce, stirring, until thickened.
Step 2
Season with salt, add thinly sliced basil, and mix. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted boiling water, drain in a colander. Combine the sauce and pasta, serve immediately, sprinkled with cheese.
