Ingredients

  • Raw Cashews 0 oz
  • Lime Juice 0.3 cups
  • Chili Pepper 1½ teaspoons
  • Ground Dried Garlic ½ teaspoon
  • Coconut Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Onion 1 head
  • Tempeh 10 oz
  • Ground chili pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Cumin ½ teaspoon
  • Tortillas 4 pieces
  • Red Cabbage 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

To prepare the sauce, blend all ingredients and ¼ cup of water until smooth, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

To make the tacos, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

Step 3

Add the onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add the tempeh and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown.

Step 5

Remove from heat and season with chili and cumin.

Step 6

Serve the prepared mixture on tortillas, garnished with cabbage, salsa, and sauce.
