- Couscous 5 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Sweet Red Onion 1 head
- Lemon ½ piece
- Dill 1 bunch
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour a glass of water over the couscous and place it in a skillet over low heat.

Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, dill, and the juice of half a lemon, and add them to the couscous.
Step 3
Add spices to taste, add half a glass of water, and sauté until the water evaporates.
