  • Swordfish 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
  • Breadcrumbs 5 oz
  • Marinated cherries 15 oz
  • Pitted olives 8 pieces
  • Capers 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Coarse Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Brush the fish fillets with olive oil, generously season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Place the breadcrumbs on a plate and lay the fish on top. Coat the fish, pressing lightly. Then refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix chopped cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, capers, minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and add parsley.

Step 4

In a skillet over medium heat, heat a small amount of olive oil. Fry the fish until cooked through and golden brown.

Step 5

Place the fish on plates and serve with the tomato appetizer.
