Description

Swordfish with Onions and White Wine

Ingredients

  • Swordfish 0 lbs
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Cotton Oil 15 fl oz
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the fish, rinse, and dry it. Cut into 6 steaks. Then lightly season with salt on both sides, coat in flour, and shake off the excess.

Step 2

Heat the corn oil in a skillet. Fry the fish in batches until golden brown. Remove the cooked fish from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

Pour 3 tablespoons of corn oil from the skillet into a clean pot and heat it. Thinly slice the onion lengthwise and add it to the hot oil. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, then add the wine and simmer without boiling for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add the fish back into the skillet and continue cooking for another 10 minutes until done. Serve immediately.
