- Scorpion fish fillet 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the swordfish steaks under cold water and thoroughly dry them with paper towels.
Step 2
Brush the steaks with olive oil on all sides, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Heat a skillet well and place the steaks in it, searing on high heat for 4 minutes, then flip and sear for another 3–4 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with salad leaves and cherry tomatoes.
