- Salad Potatoes 15 oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Swiss chard leaves 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted boiling water until tender for 5—7 minutes; drain and set aside.
Step 2
Pour the oil into a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1—1.5 minutes until soft. Add the potatoes; sauté, stirring occasionally, for 5—7 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the Swiss chard and continue to sauté for about 5 minutes until tender; season with salt and pepper.
