Ingredients
- Rice 1 cup
- Potato 1 piece
- Green peppercorns 1 piece
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 5 oz
- Sugar 5 tablespoons
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Onion 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Start cooking the rice. While it cooks, chop the onion and tomato into cubes and add them to a skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Sauté for about five minutes and then add the finely chopped (or coarsely) chicken. Increase the heat.
Step 3
After another five minutes, add the cooked rice and pineapple to the pot and pour in the eggs. Add your favorite spices. Stir and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, make the sauce: mix the tomato paste, vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar. Pour it over the rice and stir for five minutes. After that, remove from heat, and you can start your meal.
