- Sugar 5 oz
- Water 15 fl oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Pork Blood 25 oz
- Salt 1 tablespoon

Add the onion, sauté it, and then reduce the heat. Pour in water to completely cover the pork, stir in the salt, and simmer for 1 hour.
Step 2
Make sure the liquid does not evaporate completely. The water should reduce to a golden syrup that you will drizzle over the meat when serving it on cooked rice.
Step 3
Caramelize the sugar with water in a large pot over medium heat, being careful not to burn the sugar. Add the pork—whole or cut into pieces. Sear it in the sauce on all sides for a few minutes until golden brown.
