- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Semolina 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the peppers, cut off the stems, and remove the seeds. Mash the cottage cheese and mix it with grated feta cheese, semolina, and sour cream. Add the beaten egg, salt, and mix everything together.
Step 2
Stuff the prepared peppers with the filling, place them in a pot with vegetable oil and water, simmer a little, and then bake in the oven. Serve the peppers with sour cream.
