Ingredients
- Onion 3 heads
- Frozen Broccoli 10 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Sea Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Dried Garlic ¼ teaspoon
- Milk 0.7 cups
- Cream Cheese 5 oz
- Spicy Thai Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the onions and cut them in half. Slightly boil in salted water for 12 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the central part, leaving the edges. Place the onion 'cups' in a baking dish.
Step 3
Chop the central part of the onion into small pieces to make 1 cup.
Step 4
Cook the broccoli according to the package instructions and drain the water.
Step 5
Mix the chopped onion, broccoli, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Fill the onion 'cups' with the mixture.
Step 6
Melt the butter. Add the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
Step 7
Remove from heat and add the softened cream cheese. Stir well. Pour this mixture over the onion 'baskets'. Place them in the oven for 20 minutes at 190°C.
