Ingredients
- Oyster Mushrooms 10 oz
- Veal Tenderloin 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Ginger 0 oz
- Pineapple 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the vegetables and mushrooms into strips, the meat into thin slices, and the pineapples into cubes. Grate the garlic and ginger on a fine grater.
Step 2
Soak the rice noodles in boiling water. Cook until done and rinse in cold water.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into a wok, sauté the meat for 2–3 minutes, then place it on a Lotus Blossom rack to drain excess fat.
Step 4
In the same oil, sauté the garlic and ginger, then add the mushrooms and vegetables. At the end of cooking, add the chopped pineapples and fry for another 3–5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the crushed tomatoes, soy sauce, and lemon juice. If you want your dish to have a sweet and sour taste, you need to add the syrup from the canned pineapples.
Step 6
Add the meat and rice noodles to the cooked vegetables, mix well, and serve on a prepared dish. Enjoy your meal!
