Description
You can also bake the wings in a preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) for about 30 minutes, brushing them with the marinade.
Ingredients
- Duck wings 0 lbs
- Champagne Vinegar ½ cup
- Olive Oil ½ cup
- Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Coarse Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well and pour ¼ cup of the marinade into a small bowl.
Step 2
Add the chicken wings to the main marinade, mix, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours to overnight.
Step 3
Preheat the grill or barbecue. Brush the grill grate with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Place the wings on the grill and cook, brushing with the remaining marinade, until done, about 20–25 minutes.
