Ingredients

  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, the juice of one lemon, and the grated zest of two lemons.

Step 2

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, pour the lemon-honey mixture over them, and spread it evenly over the chicken. Put the dish in a preheated oven at 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake, occasionally basting with the marinade, for about 30–35 minutes, until the chicken is golden brown and the sauce has almost completely evaporated.

Step 3

Remove the cooked breasts from the oven and let them cool. Slice and serve with lemon wedges.
