Summer Vegetable Sauté
Ingredients
- Courgette 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- White Cabbage 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Salt 0 oz
- Soy Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut all the specified vegetables into large cubes.
Step 2
In sunflower oil, sauté the zucchini until golden brown, adding salt at the very end of cooking. Transfer the sautéed zucchini to a sauté pan.
Step 3
Sauté the cabbage until it is slightly brown, also adding salt at the end of cooking. Transfer the sautéed cabbage to the zucchini.
Step 4
Sauté the onion and carrot until slightly golden, add the green beans, and sauté for about 2 minutes, no more. Then add the bell pepper and garlic, continuing to sauté for another 2 minutes, adding salt. Add the tomatoes, sauté everything for literally 1 minute, add a little salt, and transfer to the sauté pan.
Step 5
Gently mix everything in the sauté pan, add soy sauce to taste and a little black tea (for stewing the vegetables).
Step 6
Set to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
