Ingredients
- Courgette 1 piece
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Potato 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Passata Tomato Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Adjika 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Ground meat 10 oz
- Sour Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the eggplant, zucchini, potatoes, and tomato into cubes.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Place everything in the bowl, add tomato paste, adjika, ground meat, and spices to the vegetables, and mix well.
Step 4
Cook in the 'Stew' mode for 1 hour.
Step 5
Serve with sour cream and parsley.
