Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the vegetables into cubes about 5 mm on each side and sauté them in olive oil until they are partially cooked.
Step 2
Add the rinsed rice and spices, pour in enough water to cover the rice by about an inch, and let it simmer on low heat until fully cooked.
Step 3
Sauté cherry tomatoes in olive oil with garlic and Provençal herbs.
Step 4
Brush the sturgeon steak with olive oil and Provençal herbs. Sear in a skillet until golden brown, then transfer to an oven preheated to 355°F for 8 minutes.
