- Fillet of Sturgeon 10 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the skinless and boneless sturgeon fillet into portion-sized pieces and sauté in a skillet with white wine, chopped onion, finely diced and lightly sautéed tomatoes for 20 minutes.
Step 2
When serving, drizzle the fish with the juice it was stewed in, adding butter, lemon, and spicy tomato paste. Boil the spaghetti as a side dish and generously sprinkle with grated cheese.
