- Courgette 2 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz

Step 1
Remove the core from the zucchini.
Step 2
Chop the herbs, add the cottage cheese, zucchini flesh, and salt. Mix thoroughly. If the mixture is dry, add a little milk.
Step 3
Fill the zucchini with the mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F or in the microwave for a quicker process. Remove after 35 minutes. Do not let the zucchini become mushy! They should be firm but not hard.
