Stuffed Turkey
Ingredients
- Turkey 1 piece
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Chicken Liver 0 lbs
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Morels 20 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Red Grape Juice 15 fl oz
- Green Apples 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 2 teaspoons
- Tarragon 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix wine, pomegranate syrup, salt, pepper, lemon juice, tarragon, garlic, and olive oil. Marinate the turkey and apples. Rub the turkey with salt and pepper beforehand. Then wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
Finely chop part of the bacon, and sauté it with the chopped liver and diced onion. Then sauté the mushrooms. After that, mix everything with the blended almonds.
Step 3
Stuff the turkey with the remaining bacon, fill it, sew it up, and bake in the oven at 390°F for 2–2.5 hours. Periodically baste with oil.
Step 4
Grill the mushrooms and apples. After that, place the mushrooms in a mixture of herbs, garlic, olive oil, and soy sauce.
