- Meat 5 oz
- Rice ¼ cup

Step 1
For stuffing, use medium-sized tomatoes. Rinse them in cold water, cut off the tops, and carefully scoop out the insides with the seeds, keeping the tomatoes intact. Season the prepared tomatoes with salt and pepper and fill them with the stuffing.
Step 2
To prepare the stuffing, finely chop the meat or grind it through a meat grinder, add cooked fluffy rice, finely chopped sautéed onion, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Place the stuffed tomatoes in a greased frying pan; you can sprinkle them with grated cheese. Then drizzle with oil and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the finished tomatoes to a serving dish, drizzle with sour cream sauce, and sprinkle with parsley or dill.
