Description

You can stuff the squid with a mixture of seafood.

Ingredients

  • Mussels 10 oz
  • 10% cream 1 cup
  • Cuttlefish Eggs 10 oz
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Squid 5 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Thaw all seafood. If the cuttlefish eggs are too large, slice them into rings.

Step 2

Dip the squid bodies (even if they are cleaned) in boiling water for 1 minute. Then clean them if necessary and leave to dry.

Step 3

In a pan, with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the cuttlefish and mussels for 2–3 minutes, drizzling them with lemon juice. Then add the cup of cream and bring to a boil.

Step 4

Add finely chopped dill and keep on the heat for another 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper, stirring constantly.

Step 5

Prepare a baking dish and cover it with foil.

Step 6

Stuff the squid bodies with the resulting mixture and place them in the dish. Drizzle the remaining cream on top. Cover everything with foil.

Step 7

Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 15 minutes.
