- Rice 5 oz
- Squid 4 pieces
- Prosciutto 5 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Herbs to taste
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Onion 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice, sauté the chopped prosciutto in olive oil. Remove seeds from the chili pepper and chop finely. Finely chop the onion and sauté in olive oil until slightly golden.
Step 2
Mix the rice, prosciutto, onion, and chili. Add finely chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Rinse the squid, clean off the membrane, and stuff with the mixture. Place each squid on a piece of foil, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with herbs, wrap tightly, and bake in the oven at 390°F for about 20 minutes.
