- Squid 5 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean and rinse the squid with water.
Step 2
Cut the vegetables and mushrooms into strips.
Step 3
Sauté the vegetables and mushrooms for 5–7 minutes. Add soy sauce and lightly salt to taste.
Step 4
Stuff the squid with the prepared mixture and fry in a pan for 1.5–2 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
