Stuffed squid with cream cheese and mushrooms
Ingredients
- Squid 20 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 7 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Mixed Ground Peppers ½ teaspoon
- Uchiko Suneli ½ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
- Herbs 1 stem
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the sliced mushrooms in the heated oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Sauté on high heat for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Season with salt and remove from heat.
Step 4
Clean the squid: remove the skin and extract the insides.
Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese to each squid.
Step 6
Add 3-4 slices of mushrooms to each squid.
Step 7
Place the squid in the heated oil in a skillet.
Step 8
Season with the mixed peppers.
Step 9
Then add salt.
Step 10
Season with Uchiko Suneli.
Step 11
After 2-3 minutes, flip and add salt again.
Step 12
Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sauté on high heat for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 13
Serve, seasoned with chili pepper and garnished with herbs.
