Stuffed Salmon
Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet 1½ kg
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Shrimp 10 oz
- Leek 1 piece
- Tarragon 0 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Lime 2 pieces
- Watercress 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Pat the salmon fillet dry with a kitchen towel to remove moisture.
Step 2
Mix the cheese until soft, add finely chopped leek and tarragon, shrimp, season to taste, and mix well.
Step 3
Place one fillet on a baking sheet skin side down, spread the cheese mixture evenly, cover with the second fillet, and tie with string. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 320°F and bake for another 15–20 minutes.
Step 4
Place the cooked fish on a serving platter, cut the string, and garnish with lime wedges and watercress sprigs.
