Stuffed Pork Rolls

Ingredients

  • Pork Skewers 5 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Spices to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grate the carrot, finely chop the onion and bell pepper.

Step 2

In vegetable oil, sauté the onion and carrot, add the bell pepper, salt, spices, sauté everything together for a bit, and add finely chopped parsley.

Step 3

Wash and dry the meat. Season each piece of pork with salt and pepper, and pound it flat.

Step 4

Place the filling on top of the meat and roll it up.

Step 5

Lightly grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, place the pork rolls in it. If there is leftover filling, you can add it as well. Cover the baking dish with foil and place it in a preheated oven at 390°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30 minutes.

Step 6

Then remove the foil and bake the pork rolls for another 15–20 minutes.
