Ingredients
- Pork chop with bone 3 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Dill 1 bunch
- Green Apples 3 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Apple juice with pulp 3 tablespoons
- Campbell's Beef Broth 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the meat, pat it dry, create pockets by cutting the chop from the opposite side of the bone with a sharp knife, season with pepper and salt.
Step 3
Toast the walnut halves in a dry skillet.
Step 4
Grind the walnuts in a blender.
Step 5
Finely chop the dill.
Step 6
Grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Step 7
Mix room temperature butter with the walnuts, garlic, and dill, season with salt and pepper.

Stuff the chops with the creamy walnut mixture. The edges of the pockets can be secured with a toothpick.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the chops on both sides until golden brown.

Place the chops on a baking sheet and finish cooking for 15 minutes in the oven at 355°F.

Remove the cores from the apples and cut them into large wedges.

Peel the onion and cut it lengthwise into four parts.

Sauté the onion and apples in vegetable oil on both sides, add apple juice and broth, and heat under a lid for 2 minutes.

Serve the chops with the apple and onion garnish, drizzled with sauce.
