- Squid 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Onion ½ head
- Salt a pinch
- Wheat Flour ½ tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place frozen squid in a bowl, pour boiling water over them, and remove the skin and insides.
Step 2
Cut the tops off the peppers, clean them, and stuff them with the squid.
Step 3
Slice the cheese so that its width matches the diameter of the pepper.
Step 4
Place the cheese inside the pepper.
Step 5
Peel the onion, finely chop it, and sauté with flour in a pan. Add milk, salt, and mix.
Step 6
Arrange the peppers in a baking dish, pour the milk-vegetable mixture over them, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven for half an hour at 390°F.
