Ingredients
- Sweet Pepper 4 pieces
- Veal Mince 5 oz
- Rice ¼ glasses
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Onion ½ pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt ½ spoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ spoons
- Spices to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the peppers, cut off the stems, and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and sauté it. Crush the garlic.
Step 3
Combine the ground meat, washed rice, onion, garlic, egg, and spices, and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Using a teaspoon, fill the peppers about 3/4 full (the rice will expand during cooking, filling the remaining space), and place them in a pot with the opening facing up. Dilute the tomato paste in water and pour it over the peppers, covering them completely.
Step 5
Simmer over medium heat for 20–30 minutes (until the rice is cooked). Serve with sour cream.
