Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 8 pieces
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Spices to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds. Boil for about 8 minutes in boiling water.
Step 2
Dry and place them cut side up on a bed of finely chopped tomatoes and onions.
Step 3
Fill the peppers with the meat mixture, well seasoned with spices.
Step 4
Cover with oiled paper and bake at 355°F for 1 hour.
Step 5
Remove the paper and sprinkle with Parmesan.
