Stuffed Mushrooms with Nuts

Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 6 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
- Marinated cherries 3 pieces
- Walnuts ½ cup
- Smoked salt ½ teaspoon
- Herbes de Provence ½ teaspoon
- Macadamia Nuts 1 cup
- Water ¾ cup
- Starch film 3 cups
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Onion 0 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms.
Step 2
Finely chop the vegetables and crush the nuts. Mix all the filling ingredients and stuff the mushrooms.
Step 3
Transfer to a baking dish. Blend all the sauce ingredients in a blender.
Step 4
Using a pastry syringe or a regular bag, drizzle the sauce over the mushrooms.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven (355°F) for 25–30 minutes.
