Stuffed Mushrooms in the Oven
Ingredients
- Morels 9 pieces
- Cheese Spread 10 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms, clean them, and remove the stems.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Step 3
If the caps of the mushrooms are medium-sized, you will need about 25–30 grams of cheese for each.
Step 4
Chop the garlic, mix it with the cheese, and lightly sprinkle the mixture with pepper.
Step 5
Slightly salt the inside of each mushroom.
Step 6
Form a small ball from the cheese mixture, similar in size to the inner surface of the cap, and place it inside.
Step 7
Grease a baking dish with a small amount of oil and arrange the prepared mushrooms in it.
Step 8
The cheese should be on top.
Step 9
Bake for 7–10 minutes at 320°F.
