Description

Instead of ham for the filling, you can use finely chopped and then sautéed white mushrooms, champignons, cooked meat, roasted veal, chicken, game, etc.

Ingredients

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salad Potatoes 20 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Cheese Spread 0 oz
  • Ham 0 oz
  • White bread 0 oz
  • Onion ½ head

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Hard-boiled eggs should be peeled, cut in half lengthwise, and the yolk removed from each half. Cut out a portion of the egg white so that the indentation in the white is elongated.

Step 2

Pass the yolks through a sieve, add finely chopped egg whites, cooked ham, parsley, sautéed onions in oil, soaked white bread in milk, salt, a little milk, pepper, and a raw egg. Mix everything well and fill the egg halves with the resulting filling, shaping each half like a whole egg.

Step 3

Place mashed potatoes in a frying pan, symmetrically arrange the stuffed eggs on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with oil, and bake in a hot oven.
