  • Herbs 0 oz
  • Tomatoes 5 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Rice 5 oz
  • Veal Mince 20 oz
  • Eggplants 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the rice until half done, sauté the onion, mix the rice and onion with the minced meat, season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Slice the eggplant into rounds, remove the flesh, and fill the holes with the prepared filling. Place the stuffed eggplants in a baking dish. Top each eggplant with a slice of tomato.

Step 3

Slightly salt the sour cream and add finely chopped garlic, and you can add herbs. Pour the resulting sauce over the eggplants and place in the oven at medium heat, baking until cooked through.
