Description

Stuffed Cutlets with Egg

Ingredients

  • Onion 1 piece
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
  • Breadcrumbs 6 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Pork Mince 25 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil 4 eggs hard.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and sauté it, adding chopped parsley at the end.

Step 3

Add the onion, salt, and pepper to the minced meat, mix, and lightly beat the mixture (by slapping and dropping it into the bowl). Form a patty from the minced meat and place one egg inside, covering it with minced meat all around. If the minced meat is fatty enough, the cutlets will hold their shape well. Make 4 cutlets this way.

Step 4

Dip the cutlets in egg, then in breadcrumbs (I used store-bought seasoned ones), then back in egg.

Step 5

Fry the cutlets (without flipping) in a frying pan, first without a lid, then on low heat under a lid.

Step 6

Finish cooking the cutlets in the oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 150–355°F.
